Welcome to The Dusty Art Room! I teach 6th - 8th grade art and I believe in running an art room that students aren't afraid to get messy in! On most days you will find a trail of clay, plaster or chalk dust coming from my classroom.

Special thanks to our student photographer Julian Chavez for capturing these wonderful action shots from Monday's game vs. Mannheim.
The last day before break, Hester students get the opportunity to sign up for special activities hosted by their teachers for the last two hours of the day. The day was filled with cookie baking, movie watching, card making, guacamole, basketball, handball, board games, sugar scrub making, spa room, computer games, gaming truck, needle felting and a whole lot more! Special thanks to Mrs. Sanchez and Mrs. Ignacio for organizing the day! Here's the rest of the pictures captured by the amazing duo, Mrs. Patti Ortiz and Ms. Carmen Romero - thanks!
